The re-brekable board is padded on both sides for better protection when in use, the double locking hoops make it possible to re-break this board over and over again without losing resistance. Each color represents a different difficult level, red being the lowest level of difficulty and black being the highest level of difficulty which is equivalent resistance to a 1" pine board. Warning!: Deluxe Black's difficulty is equivalent resistance to three 1" pine board. It is recommended for side and back kick practice without holding multiple boards. In addition we have added composite boards to test your martial arts skill. These boards are made from lightweight laminated real wood called Paulownia. Those board s are designed to break safely and easily. These composite boards are an inexpensive way to train beginners and children.
