Benson Amps Deep Sea Diver Fuzz-Echo

Developed over three years in collaboration with Jessica Dobson of Deep Sea Diver, the Strong Flavors Fuzz-Echo pedal combines her signature fuzz and delay into a single unit. The fuzz circuit, a heavily modified silicon three-transistor design, offers a wide sonic palette from treble boost to thick fuzz and gated textures via interactive bias and gate controls. The tweaked PT2399 delay complements the fuzz with time, feedback, and level controls, capable of sustained feedback when the footswitch is held. A unique feature allows users to swap the fuzz and echo order by holding the footswitch during power-up, indicated by a green (fuzz first) or orange (echo first) LED. Compatible with various instruments and signal chain positions, the pedal operates on a 9vdc center-negative power supply and exhibits a slight hiss, best addressed by playing!
