NuWave Commercial Cookware works on gas and electric stoves and it’s even oven-safe up to 500°F for added versatility. And thanks to the magnetic stainless steel base, it even works on induction cooktops. The cookware is dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. This cookware also includes a lid made from the same 18/10 stainless steel used in the cookware itself. These lids are great for simmering and steaming, as well as preventing food splatters. The lids are also oven-safe for seamless cooking transition and dishwasher-safe for added convenience.
