The M4 Sherman is the master tank that led the Allied forces to victory. It has the largest number of pieces of about 50,000 produced in World War II. Depending on the engine and armament, there are different types, from the M4 to the M4A6. The M4A3E2 was modified from the M4A3 in response to the request to develop a fire support tank for infantry units on the European front in 1944. The redesigned monolithic turret has a circumference of 152.4 mm and an opening of 178 mm. In addition, the vehicle body has a heavy armor of 101 mm on the front and 76 mm on the sides. The main gun is equipped with a 75 mm M3 type gun, ideal for support to infantry. The engine is an 8-cylinder V-shaped Ford that produces 500 horsepower. From May 1944 to July 254 vehicles were manufactured and shipped directly to the front. The soldiers gave him the nickname "Jumbo".
