How much notice do you need?

We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice to have your car ready for you. That allows us time to schedule our driver staff and move your car ready to meet you at the airport or the office.

Who Owns & Runs the Business?

The business is a joint business venture between two families, originating from the United Kingdom, and with over 40 years experience in business and security management.

What’s different about Airpark Murcia?

The family intend to provide a refreshing new look to the area of airport parking and will offer a local, enterprising and competitively priced service to commuters.

How will the business work?

First and foremost, the service provided will be a Meet and Greet Service at the airport, negating the need to take your vehicle miles away and hop into a van with your luggage for onward transport to the airport. We will be ready at the airport to meet you wearing a smart corporate blue colour of clothing and ID badge for identification purposes.

What if my car won’t start?

We have a garage facility based next to our compound acting as one of our logistical partners. So even if you have a problem with your car, including flat batteries or punctures, we can carry out repairs whilst you are away. We can even arrange an ITV or servicing whilst you are away..

Will I have peace of mind?

Whilst you are away, it is our responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is kept and maintained in a secure, clean and tidy condition and you can be assured of a quality service from drop off to pick up.

Can I make a last minute booking?

If you do not have time to make an on line booking or if it is a last minute thing, don’t worry, you can still call us and we will probably still be able to accommodate you !!

Can I bring my car to the compound?

This is not necessary as we operate a meet and greet system right outside the terminal doors upon departure and arrival back..

Is the parking area safe?

Our new facility has the benefit of two secured gates and full perimeter fencing along with 24 hour cctv/alarm system. The facility is also fully insured.

Can I park long term?

Both Long Term and short term parking is available – see reservations page for prices and details of how to book.

What’s the parking procedure?

In The Process section you will see exactly how our system operates, but in a nutshell, we will be at the airport waiting for you, usually 2 hours before your flight departure working on the information you have sent us. After a quick vehicle damage inspection and a signature, you simply hand the keys over to us and we take the vehicle to our secure compound 5 minutes away, you begin your holiday and thats it !!

What happens when we return?

Upon your return, we will track your inbound flight details on our office airport information screen and be there at the airport terminal waiting for you ! The vehicle will have had an external clean, you will take receipt of the keys and off you go !!.

Is there an airport transfer service?

No!. There’s no need for a transfer, so no waiting about for minibuses and no loading and unloading of luggage.Take a few steps outside of the terminal and your car will be waiting for you.

How do I pay?

You can pay by using our secure on line paying facility with Paypal, Visa and Mastercard

Where do we meet you at the airport?

Dropping your car off we meet you outside the terminal, look out for our drivers in their Blue T-shirts with our logo on the front and back.

When Collecting your car once you arrive, please park in the car park near the ticket machine, zone B, and our drivers will be around this area to collect your keys and ticket.
